WHY OUTBACK WORKWEAR
Its simple; we operate as a dynamic, professional business that just happens to be Indigenous owned and managed.
'Under promising and over delivering' is our mantra, and we have earnt out reputation in the indigenous space as an exceptional commercial operation.
"Our focus is on delivering commercial outcomes for our customers"
Jasmin Herro Founder & CEO
As a respected business executive, I support Indigenous & non-Indigenous team members. I understand the challenges to business in general how cultural thinking, observation and collaboration can provide pathways to being more inclusive and capture innovation that would ordinarily remain dormant.
As the founder and CEO of Outback Workwear, the business is like an extension of myself, finding the off button is impossible, as we continue to strive to be a leading operator in the Australian business community.
Certified
We source staff from a certified Indigenous recruitment company and engage with many local certified Indigenous businesses and the NFP (not for profit) sector. Jasmin Herro works on a national level connecting business relationships and community.
